These terms cover your use of the StyleSolved app and this website. By using them you agree to the following.
The app
StyleSolved is provided to help you organize and use your own wardrobe. Outfit suggestions, spending figures, cost-per-wear and any future resale estimates are informational. They are based on the information you enter and on simple rules, and may be wrong. Decisions about what to wear, buy, sell or discard are yours.
Your content
Your photos, notes and data remain yours. We claim no rights to them and, as described in the Privacy Policy, we do not receive them.
Store links and imported product information
Product names, prices and images imported from retailer pages belong to those retailers. They are saved in your private closet for your personal use only. Prices change; the app shows what it saw when you imported.
Subscriptions
StyleSolved Plus is an auto-renewing subscription sold through Apple's App Store at the price shown in the app, with a free trial for eligible new subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled in your Apple Account settings. Apple's terms govern purchases and refunds. If your subscription ends, you keep access to everything you entered; Plus features and adding beyond the free closet limit pause until you subscribe again.
Acceptable use
Don't use the app to infringe anyone's rights or to circumvent a retailer's access restrictions. The in-app browser loads pages as a normal browser would and is not a tool for automated collection.
Availability and changes
We may update the app and these terms; the date above will change when we do. We aim to keep the app available but cannot promise uninterrupted service, and the app is provided "as is" to the extent the law allows.
